For a standard 4-tire seasonal swap (on-rim), expect 30–45 minutes from the moment the technician arrives. Off-rim swaps (where tires need to be mounted/demounted from rims) typically take 45–60 minutes. We'll always give you an accurate time estimate when you book.
Can you repair a flat tire on the side of the road? expand_more
Absolutely. Emergency roadside flat repair is one of our most common calls. We'll patch or plug repairable punctures (tread area damage under 6mm) on the spot. If the tire is unrepairable (sidewall damage, run-flat after deflation), we'll install a replacement or your spare and advise next steps.
